In stark contrast in both volume as well as price (five times more!) to the English Breakfast I had the previous day, I had to have a very early morning, room-service delivered meal before heading out of my hotel room by 6am, as I had a very long day in the city of London.
You won’t believe how many people asked me what that round black thing is in the middle.

looks like an inverted mushroom…kind of different type of presentation though
Yes indeed. As I turned the plate around, I began to visualize a face with the eyes as the eyes, this mushroom as the nose and the sausage as the smiling mouth.
Fantastic. This interpretation makes me giddy!
